1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare this to be true. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Prices are shown in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows incur the full stay charge. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay where a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, breaches our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits may be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Escapeevergreenstay or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
